Villa Pascali can be as understated or as effortless as you'd like it to be. At its simplest, the entire estate is yours from €12,000 per week — all eleven bedrooms, the pool, the gardens and the vineyard, exclusively your group's — with daily housekeeping and a continental breakfast laid out each morning included as standard. For many groups, that's all they need: a beautiful, private place to gather and run their own retreat.
But the estate really comes into its own when you let us take the details off your hands. Below the base stay sits a world of things we can arrange — so that you arrive to a retreat that simply works, and spend your energy on your guests rather than the logistics.

Everything handled, so you can lead
Everything in The Estate, plus a fully hosted stay: airport transfers arranged and coordinated, an on-site host looking after the day-to-day, full board with menus built around your group's needs and dietary preferences, and a curated welcome to set the tone from the moment your guests arrive. This is where hosting a retreat stops feeling like running an operation and starts feeling like being a guest at your own event.

For groups who want something truly special, we open the full cellar of what Le Marche can offer. Think private dining by a Michelin-starred chef, estate wine tastings among our own south-facing vines and visits to the region's finest producers, olive-oil tastings drawn from the surrounding hills, a hosted bar under the stars, and hand-picked experiences — cooking classes, guided Sibillini hikes, in-house wellness and treatments — woven seamlessly into your days.
