Casa Pacifico
Casa Pacifico, named after one of the last family sons to live at the villa, is a three- bedroom independent house. Two bedrooms are king doubles, and the third can be a double or two singles. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite. Downstairs there is a large fully fitted kitchen, with dining table and sofa seating with glazed doors onto a
patio. A large sitting room provides a comfortable place for a relaxing glass of wine.

Sitting Room
A beautiful quiet cool room with comfortable sofas and chairs. The perfect place to enjoy the peace and calm.

A tranquil patio area adjacent to the kitchen, providing a relaxing place for a glass of wine.
Primary Bedroom
A generously sized king bed with an en-suite shower room. Handmade wooden furniture creates the ambience of this peaceful room.
Second Bedroom
Wrought iron furniture with a king size bed create an elegant luxurious bedroom.
Third Bedroom
Twin beds can be made up separately, or together forming a king size bed. This room can be ideal for any children to share.
Casa Lucia
Casa Lucia, named after a daughter of the Pascali family is a first-floor apartment sleeping up to four guests in two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The main salle includes a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge.
Sitting Area
A comfortable sofa and two armchairs gather around the wood burning stove for warm winter evenings. In summer the long arched windows create an elegant environment.
Hallway
Handmade ballustrades and travatine floors together with long voile curtains create a luxurious first floor hall.
Primary Bedroom
Facing towards the cool north west, this bedroon has a king size bed and en suite shower room.
Second Bedroom
This bedroom receives the morning sunshine, and also has a wardrobe and en suite shower room.

A colourful spot under a flower covered gazebo for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
